[npnog] NPNOG2 Kathmandu - June 15th to 18th, 2017

Babu ram ji, thanks for raising the issue. We are aware of the recently announced 2nd phase elections which happened just recently, and several rounds of discussions on NPNOG2 dates were already made. Other regional NOG dates were also considered during the event for speakers, trainers reasons as well. This will be discussed in the upcoming meeting of NPNOG committee.
