Thanks for sharing these.  For outsiders like me it is
really fun and interesting to see the group photos and
the screen in the background makes me want to go see
the talks/papers on your challanges getting internet to 
places like Hilsa.  Where I live we also have challanges 
(mostly big wind, lots of rain and very remote locations) 
keeping the network going and it will be fun to compare
solutions.
