[npnog] npNOG-4 fellowship is now open

Hi everyone,

Fellowships for npNOG4 can now be applied for! If you meet the eligibility
criteria as per:

please apply via that URL.

Applications close on Friday, 11th November 2018 at 22:00 .
Successful candidates will be notified by 15th November 2018.

npNOG provides financial support to network operators and engineers
from around the country to build their Internet infrastructure
capacity, network with Internet network professionals, and assist their
professional development. Women are especially encouraged to apply.

What's included
---------------

Successful fellows will receive:


   - 100% of the Registration Fees for either the Workshop week or
   Conference week.
   - 100% of the Accommodation Costs (up to 4 days for the Event)  at the
   npNOG Fellows Hotel only for fellows from outside of Kathmandu
   - Reimbursement of transportation cost  only for fellows from outside of
   Kathmandu


The final grant size is determined according to final costs and available
funding and is advised to successful applicants. It should be noted that
other expenses are not funded by the Fellowship Program and are the
responsibility of the successful fellow.
